The docs are just a mirage... Most of the time it's so old it's not useful. only once did I read the programs paper documents ... to see how far off it was to prod source. If couldn't gather intel from simple comments in code, and CODE itself, then suggested rewrite. Lol documentation is a problem from starting to supporting all IT projects. The one aspect it seams teams forget is Agile development does say to document as you go. They just go.
